Provider Statements

Since LTM Services does not pay the providers, we do not accept customer account statements. The best way to reconcile your statement, is to download the status of your invoices into a spreadsheet, and then match that to your customers account statement. 

                                                               

Accessing the system:

Please note that you will now be required to enter a code to gain access to the invoice status portal. If you do not know your code, please email jgleason@ltmservices.net. Also please note that the code to access the invoice status portal is NOT your SPID.

  1. Go to www.ltmservices.com.

  2. On the top of the page, click on the link that states “Provider Portal.”

  3. Then select "Invoice Status", then enter the portal code (not your SPID).

  4. Then enter your SPID in the field marked "provider ID."

  5. You can filter based on invoice status. So, if you would like to just see all pending invoices, enter your SPID and under the “Status of Invoice” section select “All Pending” or “Pending Provider”.

  6. Once you select search and your invoice data is displayed on the screen, you can select the "Download Data" option at the top right of the displayed data. 

  7. That will download all your invoices for the last 18 months.
